Inquiry Management: Provide details on hotel amenities, local attractions, and city directions. Complaint Resolution: Address guest issues promptly and escalate complex problems to management when necessary. Address and de-escalate guest concerns or feedback quickly to ensure satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Gather regular customer feedback and coordinate service recovery steps. Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams to prepare rooms and fulfill special requests. Staff Leadership: Supervise front desk, reception, and concierge teams, leading by example and setting performance standards. Quality Control: Monitor facility appearance, track service issues, and analyze guest reviews to improve ratings. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Strong verbal and written command of English with active listening abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset. Technical Literacy: Familiarity with hotel software like Opera or Micros, and general CRM tools.

Diploma or degree in hospitality management with 1–2 years of relevant hotel or residential or Commercial Property or resort experience. Client: You will be working on Waterstones, which is a Commercial Property, located in Mumbai.
