We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our fast-paced, high-performing team environment in Richmond, VA. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you to succeed! Hourly Rate: 26.38 Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours. Must be willing to work any assigned shift and complete initial training on first shift for approximately 2–3 weeks. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, may be required. What you need to succeed: HS diploma/GED Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions and other duties as assigned. Comply with all safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Possess excellent work ethic and attention to detail. The starting rate is $26.38per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation prorated year 1, and 10 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
