Implementation Specialist

In this position... The Implementation Specialist (IS) will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily tasks assigned by the Implementation Manager. This will include working in a team-based environment and utilizing technology to create efficiencies in a collaborative work environment. Activities can include preparing Balance Sheet Reviews, executing wholesale acquisitions, conducting F&I/Product training sessions, and developing consulting playbooks. The goal of the position is to assist in delivering the Ford + plan by building strong working relationships with both internal and external partners and ensuring the continued support for Ford Credit. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work in a cross functional role between multiple IS teams.
