Join EY and help to build a better working world.   Join our  EY Parthenon team  – help clients to reimagine their eco-systems, reshape portfolios and reinvent themselves for a better future.   The opportunity As a  Senior   Manager in  our  Transactions & Corporate Finance  team with focus on  Valuation , you will be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions. In Valuations you will support clients in understanding the value of their business and shareholdings as well as intangible assets often in the context of a transaction, strategic/investment decision or to support a financial reporting or tax estimate. When you join our industry-leading team, you’ll be right at the heart of that challenge, working with leading business tools and methodologies to provide insights to some of the most sophisticated clients around.    Skills and attributes for success

Minimum 7 years of experience in valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields. Previous experience in a Big4 firm or consulting/professional services environment is required. Strong track record in valuations, financial modelling, M&A, restructuring, and exposure to complex transactions. Proven ability to develop client relationships and sell advisory services. Excellent analytical, commercial, and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities. Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and the ability to build and/or review financial models. Experience in team leadership, project management, and delegation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated advanced use leverage AI tools to enhance work quality, efficiency, and decision-making, while applying appropriate human oversight. Appraiser license (or assistant appraiser license) would be an advantage. CFA, ACCA, RICS, ASA, or a similar qualification would be an advantage. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Salary : EUR 5500 – 7500 gross (Including variable bonuses. Specific salary will depend on candidate experience, skills and the range might vary)   The exceptional EY experience.
