Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage MEP aspects of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Review technical designs and provide practical recommendations. Drive effective communication and reporting across project teams. Support procurement, commissioning, and project closeout activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience managing MEP, building services, or construction projects. Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience in data center, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, LEED, or equivalent are a plus.
