Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Oracle RMCS (or Oracle Revenue Management Cloud) modules Design and manage revenue contracts, customer contracts, and performance obligations Configure key RMCS components such as: Revenue Contracts Satisfaction Events Standalone Selling Prices (SSP) Allocation Rules Handle revenue recognition and accounting processes aligned with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 Integrate RMCS with upstream systems: Order Management (OM) Subscription Management Billing / AR / Projects Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts Perform data migration, reconciliation, and troubleshooting Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions Support month-end / quarter-end financial close activities Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality deliverables 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Technical Skills Strong experience in Oracle RMCS / Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Knowledge of: Revenue Recognition Standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AR, AP) Experience with: FBDI / ADFDI spreadsheets SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools Understanding of data flows between: Order Management → RMCS → General Ledger ✅ Functional Skills Expertise in: Revenue allocation and contract identification Performance obligations and satisfaction events Ability to interpret accounting requirements into system design Qualifications Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering Certifications Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional - QSpidersQSpiders, Oracle Certified Professional – Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables 2024 Implementation Professional - OracleOracle, Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Certified Implementation Professional - OracleOracle, Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables 2024 Certified Implementation Professional - OracleOracle, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement 2023 Certified Implementation Professional - OracleOracle Required Skills Oracle Revenue Management Language English (Required) Language Proficiency - Proficient - C2 Additional Job Location - Job Type Regular Master Skill List - Enterprise Application - Oracle N Remote Type - Hybrid Work Shift - Variable (India) Why join Genpact? •     Lead AI-powered transformation – Drive innovation and solve real-world business challenges that matter •     Make an impact – Help global enterprises solve business challenges that matter  •     Accelerate your career – Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and world-class
