Job Summary Havel is seeking a Temperature Controls Service Project Sales Manager responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients.

Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers Expand sales for existing contract customers Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer’s organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent Successfully maintains an acceptable rate of new sales Other duties assigned

Experience in financial based sales, estimation, and construction project management. Knowledge of building automation and HVAC-R systems is a plus. Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales. Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software. Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
