Job Responsibilities
Job Summary Under guidance from senior team members, manage data-driven projects applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. This role is responsible for designing and conducting experiments, interpreting data trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions is a key aspect of this role. This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2- 3 days a week in our Hyderabad, India office space. The work shift will be 2 pm- 11 pm IST.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning algorithms to address business problems. Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret results to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency. Interact with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Communicate findings through detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders. Work on unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Work as part of a team to solve open-ended questions in support of innovation efforts.
Qualification
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience with developing and deploying machine learning algorithms. Proficiency with programming languages such as Python and SQL. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced statistical methods. Must be organized, detail oriented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading data science projects (preferred). Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms (preferred). Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks (preferred).
