Mon-Fri 0900-1730 with contribution to lates, Saturday and on-calls on a rota basis Contract Type:  Permanent Salary:  Competitive Depending on Experience with Excellent Benefits We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist Oncology Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at Private Care at Guys, part of London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding” by the CQC. London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. The successful post-holder will be based at Private Care at Guys which is our joint venture with the NHS. Our centre includes dedicated chemotherapy and radiotherapy services, modern theatres, oncology and surgical wards, and a four‑bed intensive care unit supporting complex patient pathways. As a Senior Specialist Oncology Pharmacist, you will participate in the delivery, management and development of a high quality, proactive, cost effective, safe and responsive patient-centric systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service at Private Care at Guys. You will work also have the opportunity to work closely with (& at times deputise for) the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology and other members of our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that our patients are able to safely access the very latest treatments in oncology. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.   What you’ll bring: MPharm or equivalent (essential) Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent (essential) Experience in delivering a clinical pharmacy service to wards (essential, post-registration) Previous experience of working in Oncology (essential – post-registration minimum 3 years) Practical experience in an Aseptic Production Unit & GMP ( essential ) Why HCA UK?
