Job Summary
Augusta Life Sciences US OpCo I LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain production machinery, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role is crucial for meeting production targets and maintaining product integrity in a regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor various production machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform routine machine setup, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and conducting initial tests. Monitor machine performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot minor malfunctions to minimize downtime. Conduct in-process quality checks and document results to ensure products meet specifications. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery as scheduled or directed. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO). Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and maintenance personnel regarding production status and machine issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other production-related tasks as needed. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the life sciences or medical device industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work
