Compliance Officer (f/m/x).     What can you expect?

Responsible for Data Privacy Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Anti Fraud Management, Legislative & Regulatory Monitoring, Information Protection. Ensures effective committee management and governance standards. Compliance support in matters of frameworks, risk analyses, annual reports, quality assurances and controls. Monitors the identification and implementation of legal changes and all applicable legislation (Legal Monitoring). Provides legal support to other departments, mainly insurance and collection and recovery process (court cases, consultancy, communication with customers, lawyers, authorities etc.) as well as involvement in ad hoc operational issues. Responsible for an Internal control function towards regulator (private consumer). Supervisory Board Office management (BMW Financial Services CZ and SK). Regular compliance communication to employees in Czech Republic and counterparts in the Regional Headquarter in Austria and BMW Headquarter in Munich. Regular conducting and organization of compliance trainings and business coaching. Responsible for external Vendor Management.

What can we expect?

University Degree in Law is required. Experience in working with financial institutions appreciated. Equal experience in both legal and compliance functions for 3 years is required. High communication and negotiation skills. Ability to perform well in an international environment (regional Headquarter in Austria and BMW Headquarter in Munich). Fluent in Czech/Slovak and strong English language skills.
