Job Description
Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial client requirements analysis to final submission Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create compelling, client-focused proposals Conduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform proposal strategies Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices documentation Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders Analyze win/loss data to continuously improve proposal processes and success rates Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in proposal management Qualifications Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in bid and proposal writing, preferably in a corporate or business-to-business environment Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret client requirements and competitive landscapes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software Proven project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Exceptional time management and organizational skills Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of business development and sales processes Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
