Job Summary: Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in (Colorado Springs, CO). 100% onsite ; Location: Colorado Springs, CO Will make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as the first point of contact with customers over the phone or at the branch Develop positive relationships with key customers Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information Create basic work orders in appropriate systems Provide status updates to customers as requested Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
