The Learning & Development Specialist 4 acts as the site learning partner for LMM KM, translating business needs into practical capability-building solutions. The role manages the site learning portfolio, partners with leaders and HR stakeholders, and designs, facilitates, and improves learning experiences that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and time-to-productivity. What you’ll do
1. Site Learning Strategy & Needs Diagnosis
Understand LMM KM business priorities, workforce changes, capability gaps, and learning needs. Partner with leaders, HRBPs, managers, and stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and determine suitable learning solutions. Translate needs into a prioritized site learning roadmap aligned to business and talent priorities.
2. Learning Portfolio & Program Management
Manage site learning initiatives from discovery and design through delivery, evaluation, and improvement. Set clear objectives, milestones, roles, risks, communications, and resource needs. Coordinate delivery with internal partners, facilitators, vendors, and regional or global teams. Track portfolio health, participation, learner experience, risks, and impact; share concise updates and recommendations.
3. Stakeholder Partnership & Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for site learning priorities and solutions. Build strong partnerships with leaders, HR, functions, SMEs, and external partners. Align stakeholders on sponsorship, decisions, manager involvement, and post-learning application.
4. Learning Design & Experience Development
Design practical learning solutions such as workshops, learning journeys, toolkits, guides, job aids, and blended experiences. Apply adult learning, instructional design, inclusion, accessibility, and behavior-change principles. Curate and adapt enterprise, regional, local, and external content for site needs.
5. Facilitation & Learning Enablement
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended sessions for employees and leaders. Create inclusive, application-focused learning environments that encourage participation and practice. Enable facilitators, leaders, and SMEs through briefings, materials, train-the-trainer support, and delivery guidance.
6. New Employee Onboarding & Integration
Own and improve the site New Employee Onboarding (NEO) and integration experience. Partner with HR, hiring managers, site functions, and business teams to align onboarding content, roles, communications, and handoffs. Design integration experiences that build culture, connection, role clarity, site understanding, and faster contribution.
7. Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Define success measures for learning initiatives, including learner experience, application, and business-relevant outcomes where feasible. Analyze learning data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, barriers, and improvement opportunities. Engage managers and stakeholders to reinforce learning and assess workplace application. Prepare clear insights, impact stories, and recommendations to improve the learning portfolio.
8. Learning Operations, Governance & Standards
Manage learning operations, including scheduling, communications, logistics, vendors, records, LMS administration, and budget tracking. Maintain documentation, data, and controls aligned with enterprise, local, quality, and audit requirements. Simplify, standardize, automate, or scale learning processes while preserving business relevance. Who we’re looking for
