Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Develop, consolidate, and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. Prepare and review periodic financial reports to support business performance tracking. Analyze, interpret, and present financial data and trends to leadership for decision-making. Partner with business leaders to achieve financial objectives and improve operational results. Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives, and recommend actions. Lead strategic financial analysis projects to support business growth and organizational goals. Ensure effective use of financial systems and tools to produce accurate reporting and analysis. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts, including workload allocation, performance management, and mentoring.
