This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

The ARMS team has an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst Senior to join the team! Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global Product team, our business stakeholders, IT Management and software development teams to maintain and build new solutions to support future growth. The scope of your role includes developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements for our software applications. You will collaborate with the Product team and evaluate their requests to determine feasibility, research, identify and present options that best serve business needs. In addition, you will participate in all areas of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance/process improvement (retrospectives).
