Purpose: The Senior Manager, Commercial Education Deployment, Wound Closure and Healing is a strategic-operational leader responsible for executing the APAC rollout of global commercial education programs for the WCH platform. This role translates regional strategy into deliverable plans, leads tactical deployment across APAC markets, and ensures field readiness through localized curriculum, trainer networks, certification events and launch support. The Senior Manager works with global/regional/local Education Leaders, Curriculum Design & Content Strategy, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for: Strategy into Execution Translate the APAC learning roadmap for WCH into detailed market-level deployment plans, timelines and resource needs. Prioritize deployments by market impact, launch schedule and readiness metrics in coordination with leadership. Contribute to global/regional strategy by providing market intelligence, capability gaps and recommendations for scalable learning approaches. Serve as the connective layer between global education strategy and APAC market needs, ensuring consistency with platform brand direction and local market context. Program Deployment & Localization Localize global WCH curricula for APAC markets (language, clinical
