Então venha e junte-se ao nosso time como Innovation & Strategic Partnerships Specialist Suas missões e responsabilidades: The Innovation & Strategic Partnerships Specialist is responsible for driving the successful execution, governance, and continuous evolution of strategic healthcare partnerships. Acting as the primary coordination point between Siemens Healthineers and customer stakeholders, this role fosters collaboration, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The position supports the achievement of partnership objectives through stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, governance leadership, strategic alignment, and the identification of innovation opportunities that enhance customer outcomes and business growth. Serve as the primary point of coordination between Siemens Healthineers and customer stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across all agreed workstreams. Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with healthcare leaders, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support long-term partnership success. Coordinate governance structures, including steering committees, executive review meetings, and partnership performance discussions. Monitor and report partnership performance against contractual commitments, financial targets, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Facilitate strategic alignment between customer priorities, innovation initiatives, operational objectives, and Siemens Healthineers capabilities. Coordinate the identification, assessment, and escalation of operational and strategic challenges, ensuring timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholders. Lead structured discussions, workshops, and collaborative forums to identify opportunities for operational improvement, service enhancement, and innovation. Support the design and implementation of initiatives that improve healthcare delivery, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. Coordinate project and program activities related to partnership objectives, including equipment deployment, service implementation, and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to expand partnership value through new solutions, services, technology adoption, or innovation programs. Consolidate operational, financial, and performance information into executive-level reports and presentations for governance bodies. Support risk management activities through proactive monitoring, risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, digital transformation initiatives, and Lean methodologies where applicable. Seus atributos e habilidades: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Significant experience managing strategic partnerships, customer engagement programs, healthcare transformation initiatives, or complex service contracts. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
