Caterpillar offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and dealer-facing digital solutions. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to digital technologies, business process improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making. Working within a team responsible for dealer digital products and digital transformation initiatives, the intern will support projects focused on customer adoption, business process optimization, digital solution deployment, and operational excellence. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with business, technical, and dealer stakeholders while developing foundational skills.

Responsibilities may include: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects. Assist in the deployment and adoption of dealer digital products and applications. Support validation activities, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions. Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences. Assist with reporting, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations. Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and business partners to support ongoing digital initiatives. Help track project milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency and customer success What You Have: Strong interest in digital transformation, technology, and business process improvement. Experience through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to digital technologies or business transformation. Project Management certification exposure or coursework is a plus.
