Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant II

The Data, Reporting and Analytics Consultant II is a developing individual contributor within Enterprise Business Services (EBS) - IT Finance, a finance function that delivers trusted financial information, insights, and reporting to our internal FP&A group and to business and technology partners across the organization. Working alongside senior team members, this role helps develop and maintain business intelligence assets and supports the transformation of complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable reporting. Near-term priorities include contributing to the modernization of our platform by helping migrate legacy assets to Gen2 pipelines, as well as supporting our growing focus on automation and AI. Success requires hands-on experience with data visualization, with additional value placed on Power BI (DAX and M code) and SQL Server, along with familiarity with concepts such as ETL, star schema, thin reporting, and modern data pipelines. Skills in Python, AI and automation tools, and a background in finance or accounting are welcome bonuses.

This individual contributor is primarily responsible for assisting senior employees in supporting data-informed decisions, assisting with data and information gathering for targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, and supporting data preparation for analytic efforts. This position assists with the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes, assists with the development, implementation, and automation of business and reporting solutions, and assists with data analysis interpretation.

Assists with data and information gathering for targeted variables in an established systematic fashion by cleaning and organizing data; querying, merging, and extracting data across sources; completing routine data refresh and update; and providing user support and documentation. Supports data preparation for analytic efforts under the guidance of more senior employees by cleaning data to ensure quality and accuracy based on provided guidelines; and consolidating data.
