Associate Analyst, Business (ROPS)

Posting Date 08/11/2026 5200 Virginia Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, United States of America This position will   support   analyses through aggregating data,   resolv ing   revenue issues , improv ing   processes and   develop ing /distribut ing   recurring reports as needed   in order to   drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   1.   Analysis & Technical:    S upport s   lower complexity   analysis   by   utilizing   data to   identify   trends or recommend opportunity areas   Identifies & evaluates specific claims or patient records relevant for an analysis or report   utilizing   a combination of business knowledge and tools   such as Excel,   SQL   and Tableau    Troubleshoots issues or data errors with   guidance   Supports reviewing of requirements &   participates   in UAT processes as needed   2.   Problem Solving:    Supports the solving of business problems and analytics by executing on outlined approach &   utilizing   business subject matter   expertise   (ex.   Identifying   how a system enhancement can solve a business need)   Synthesizes analysis takeaways and visualizes with guidance   3.   Project & Stakeholder management:    P articipates actively in all working sessions   Sends recaps from meetings   M aintains up to date documentation for reports,   proce sses   and analysis assumptions   K eeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities   in order to   complete work   timely   P artners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions and keeping   them   informed of necessary updates   4.   Other duties as assigned.     What We’ll Provide:   More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
