As a Global Supply Chain Program Manager – 3, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position will be located in Salt Lake City, UT or Woodland Hills, CA and is required onsite daily. As a Global Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, budget, and execution of all material and services content for a portfolio of programs. Leads a team of Supply Chain Professionals that are responsible to the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that supply chain commitments are met Oversees GSC team accountable to meet material budget requirements to support the PMO financial commitments Accountable for supply chain program execution including material budget, resource planning, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution Oversees and develops the material strategy for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process including leading the material estimating process and establishing and negotiating the budget with the PMO for responsible program portfolio Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies Ensures mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers or supply chain execution Oversee briefings to the PMO and executive management on program status and any necessary action plans to address issues affecting program supply chain cost and schedule performance Leads team to drive initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency Work cohesively with leaders in other disciplines such as engineering, operations, quality, and other personnel to manage material performance and ensure delivery of hardware to support production needs within budget Acts as
