Staff Software Engineer

Be responsible for solving the cell resource optimization and cell densification which enables the growth needed for the AI/ML infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, guide and mentor other engineers, ensuring technical excellence across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement long-term technical goals and address open-ended problem. Drive cross-functional collaboration and work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. Mentor junior engineers and share expertise to help develop future technical leaders.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. Experience with cost and performance modeling for data center infrastructure, and ML hardware. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related field. 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex distributed systems.
