Maximus is seeking a credentialed Performance Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care that optimizes operator health, performance, and recovery. The Performance Dietitian serves as a direct access provider and delivers evidence-based nutrition assessment, counseling, education, and performance-focused fueling strategies for individuals and units. This role supports physiological and cognitive performance through nutritional risk identification, targeted dietary and supplement interventions, and development of individual and unit-specific programs. Candidates residing in or near the following locations are strongly preferred: Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; Coronado, CA; Eglin AFB, FL; Fort Benning, GA; Fort Bragg, NC; Fort Campbell, KY; Fort Carson, CO; Hurlburt Field, FL; JBPHH, HI; JEB Little Creek, VA; Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA; or USASOC 2 U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the leadership with the day-to-day running of the core functional areas to ensure compliance with the prime contract, all subsequent amendments, program business rules, as well as state and federal regulations. - Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies - Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans - Assists the leadership in efforts to facilitate a functional, motivated, and cohesive project team - Directly supervises and manages key Project staff as determined by the leadership - Works with Project and executive management to develop, monitor and revise performance goals and objectives for the project and staff.
