Trade Lifecycle Manager I

Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate cash movements and proper funding coordination, leveraging your expertise to drive process improvements and ensure project success. As a Trade Lifecycle Manager I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. Your expertise in cash movements, funding for managed demand deposit accounts, and coordination with other business lines will ensure proper funding and smooth operations. You will leverage your broad knowledge of trade lifecycle principles and practices to resolve short-term problems, make non-routine decisions, and propose improvements to current working methods. Your advanced listening and questioning skills, combined with your proficiency in internal stakeholder management and presentation skills, will enable you to establish productive relationships and effectively communicate with various teams. Your role will also involve leading process improvement initiatives, applying automation technologies, and managing projects, all while maintaining a keen awareness of market product knowledge and industry regulations.

Manage daily securities reconciliation processes across multiple markets and legal entities. Ensure timely identification, investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks. Drive root cause analysis and long-term issue remediation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit expectations. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Custody, Product Control, Technology, and Operations leadership. Communicate effectively with senior management on risks and operational health. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance reconciliation platforms and data quality. Drive strategic initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and improve straight-through processing. Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 7 years experience in Securities Operations / Reconciliation within Investment Banking or Global Markets. Hands-on experience with position and transaction reconciliations. Strong understanding of securities lifecycle and custody processes. Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with reconciliation platforms and data transformation initiatives. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau will be a plus
