As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Architectural Design is required. Advanced proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture is recommended. Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance application performance and security. Mentor team members in best practices for application architecture and design.
