Safeguard IFX assets (employees/properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Monitor/ensure all employees observe and abide IFX Rules & Regulations whilst in the premises Safeguard IFX assets (employees/properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities Maintain a professional code of ethics in line with IFX BCG Supervise subordinates and ensure all security tasks executed as per directive Conduct preliminary action on any arising security risk situation and apply containment action Timely address any complaints/reports received and update immediate superior Ensure all security system and hardware are functioning and report failure immediately. Effectively communicate with all Department instructions and directives to their subordinate Treat all Security matters in a highly confidential manner & shall not disclose any information without prior approval from the Operation Manager To support the Security Executives in any given tasks To response and execute all requirements of IFX Emergency Response Procedure Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Diploma in Business Admin or related field. Previous experience required - Minimal 3 years in related field. Basic knowledge in Security System Management (CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Alarm and Metal Detectors) Basic knowledge in Fire Alarm System Management • PC literate Willing to work 12 hours rotating Shift (Day & Night) Experience in related Security Admin field is an added advantage. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
