This role will be responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of manual / automation / performance scripts for Contact Centre applications.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive continuous improvement Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation Own end-to-end quality strategy, test planning, execution, and release readiness for BOT and enterprise applications Build and implement AI-driven QA tools to improve test creation, defect analysis, and productivity Lead automation framework development and increase test coverage through scalable and maintainable solutions Develop and review code using programming languages to support testing, automation, and quality engineering initiatives Drive deployment validation, production readiness assessments, and post-release quality monitoring activities Mentor, guide, and manage QA team members while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables Establish QA standards, governance practices, metrics, and continuous improvement processes across projects Analyze quality trends, risks, and performance metrics to support strategic decisions and operational excellence Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Testing Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools Experience building AI-driven solutions for QA process improvement Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment validation Proven leadership experience in mentoring, managing, and developing QA teams Knowledge of API, UI, database, performance, and integration testing Solid expertise in BOT, RPA, and enterprise application testing Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
