To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AR & PM Liason located in Milpitas, California US. The “ AR & PM Liason ” would oversee continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion. What a typical day looks like: Track and follow up on AR/AP for all customers, working together with the Program manager and finance Help following up on payments to customer Work with finance team and PM to clear credits/rebills for customers Help resolving account block Work with PM/finance/PM on exposure reports Communicate directly with customers on collecting ARs, tracking past due ARs and resolving disputes Collaborates closely with finance, order management, program management and materials teams The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s Degree Finance or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Industry Expert in Microsoft office Expert in Excel & PowerPoint Expert Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Experience in AR/AP collection, resolution AC29 What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Matching 401(k) Contributions Vacation and Paid Sick Time Tuition Reimbursement

 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
