Senior Consultant — SuccessFactors Employee Central + Employee Central Payroll (EC + ECP)
Two-Level AMS operating model — L1 Functional Gatekeeping bridging end users and the L2 application-management factory

3. Primary Modules in Scope
EC core HR — Employee data, Job Information, Compensation Information.
EC Foundation Objects — Legal Entity, Business Unit, Department, Division, Cost Center, Location.
Position Management; Workflows; Business Rules; MDF objects.
ECP — Payroll schemas, rules, wage types (KSA legal framework preferred).
Pre-payroll, payroll run, post-payroll posting; off-cycle, retro and corrections.
Point-to-point integration EC ↔ ECP; FI posting integration; statutory reporting.
4. Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years SuccessFactors EC + ECP implementation/AMS experience (combined skill profile).
EC Core Certification (current release) and hands-on ECP / SAP HCM Payroll experience.
Strong PCR / payroll-schema debugging.
Hands-on with workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and MDF.
EC ↔ ECP replication and configuration-object troubleshooting.
Bilingual Arabic + English fluency for end-user interaction.
5. Nice-to-Have Qualifications
EC Time-Off / Time-Sheet expertise.
GOSI / WPS reporting in KSA; Payroll Control Center.
Integration Center / SCI for outbound flows to ECP.
6. Core L1 Gatekeeping Duties
These duties define the standard Functional Gatekeeping Layer behaviour for this role.
Validate incoming tickets against the L1 acceptance criteria and module ownership.
Categorise tickets and route them along the chain End User → Customer Support Team → L1 Gatekeeping → L2 Factory.
Provide basic troubleshooting and first-time resolution within the Functional Gatekeeping Layer.
Escalate only validated, qualified tickets — protect contractual ticket-volume thresholds.
Resolve ambiguous cases jointly with L2 leads and customer Functional Primes.
Transfer knowledge to the customer support team systematically to grow customer self-sufficiency over the engagement lifetime.
