We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect who specializes in modern data platforms, analytics and AI-ready architectures. In this customer-facing role, you will help enterprise customers build secure, scalable and governed data foundations that accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business value on Microsoft Azure. You will guide engagements from technical strategy and architecture through proof of concepts, minimum viable products and production deployment, helping customers transform data into a strategic asset for analytics, machine learning, generative AI and intelligent applications. As part of the Cloud + AI Data team, you will combine deep technical expertise with end-to-end delivery ownership. You will use repeatable intellectual property and execution approaches to accelerate adoption and successful deployment across technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Cosmos DB. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, partners, engineering teams, Customer Success Account Managers and other technical specialists to remove blockers, modernize data estates and unlock the value of customers’ Data and AI investments. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your Data and AI expertise, influence strategic customer outcomes, help shape customers’ AI transformation journeys and contribute to reusable technical practices and communities. Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their data estate, business priorities and AI ambitions, and design secure, scalable Data and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data and AI roadmaps, and drive proof of concepts, minimum viable products and production deployments that support long-term technical viability and accelerate AI adoption. Own end-to-end technical delivery outcomes in collaboration with the Customer Success Account Manager, including customer success and consumption plans aligned to business and AI transformation objectives. Apply reusable intellectual property and execution approaches to accelerate adoption, Azure consumption and successful customer deployments, including delivery oversight and escalation support for relevant Factory engagements. Drive the health, resiliency, security, governance and optimization of mission-critical data workloads, enabling customers to build trusted foundations for enterprise-scale AI solutions. Resolve technical blockers, provide Voice of the Customer feedback to engineering, contribute to technical communities, mentor others and continuously develop expertise in Microsoft’s evolving Data and AI portfolio.
