This role ensures the distribution network is the industry leader in service, quality, productivity, and safety.

You Will

Responsible for the operations of a large, complex distribution center that provides regional service and inventory coverage for the network. May require leadership for multiple campuses and satellite buildings. Lead a Pillar team which consists of leaders across the network that create standardized processes and procedures to achieve safety, quality and cost objectives. Lead and develop the Distribution Center leaders and team members by creating and sharing a common vision and understanding of the organization’s strategy. Deliver results that achieve the company strategy and expectations; ensure operational excellence across the Distribution Network. Be accountable for $200M+ in inventory in a through-put distribution network serving 1.4M+ customers.
