We are hiring a Regional User Growth Senior Manager, SS-Latam to our User Growth team in Mexico!

As our Regional User Growth Senior Manager, SS-Latam, you'll own User Growth strategy and execution across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile: three distinct markets, one connected growth mandate. You'll lead a dedicated regional team while operating as the primary User Growth partner to our senior Spanish-Speaking Latam Revenue leadership (VPs and directors), translating data into strategy and strategy into hands-on, in-market execution.

This is a senior, highly autonomous role: you'll set the regional growth agenda, build and coach a team, and stay close enough to the work to run the analysis, build the campaign, or fix what isn't working yourself when it matters. We expect you to use AI as a core part of how you and your team operate: accelerating analysis, reporting, and campaign development so you can move faster and go deeper than a traditional growth team. • Own the User Growth strategy for SS-Latam (new members, new paid subscribers, upgrade, and reactivation) building and forecasting the regional B2B2C marketing plan and the KPIs that track it.

• Lead, hire, and develop a small regional team, delegating with context and coaching them toward greater ownership and autonomy.

• Build and sustain a trust-based partnership with senior SS-Latam Revenue and Customer Success leadership, becoming their go-to partner for growth strategy and a credible voice in regional and cross-functional forums. Linking a deep understanding of Wellhub's client and user journeys to proactively identify areas of underperformance and opportunities in major Latam clients.

• Use AI as a core part of how you and your team work: fluent with AI tools to accelerate data analysis, campaign development, reporting, and market research, and comfortable coaching others to do the same.

• Stay close to the numbers and the work: pull and interpret your own data, build your own reporting, and get hands-on with campaign execution and QA, partnering with local revenue teams to design cross-channel and cross-functional initiatives to grow enrollment in key clients.

• Identify local trends and competitive opportunities market by market, adapting regional strategy to local reality: Mexico, Argentina, and Chile each have their own dynamics. Advocating for regional priorities with your manager (VP of Growth) and global stakeholders within Marketing.

• Own campaign calendar towards lifecycle channels (email, app push notifications, SMS/whatsapp) and influence Paid Media agenda (paid social, search, etc.), developing messaging strategies in partnership with cross-functional
