Trimble is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to join our AECO team in Lake Oswego. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers succeed by providing expert troubleshooting and guidance on our ProjectSight solutions, directly impacting the productivity of construction professionals around the globe. What Makes This Role Great: You will be the primary advocate for our users, serving as the go-to expert for the ProjectSight platform. By resolving technical hurdles and building lasting relationships, you directly influence the daily efficiency of construction teams. This role offers the opportunity to master a specialized software suite while growing your technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Exciting Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving issues via phone, email, chat, and screen-share meetings. Master ProjectSight and related Trimble products to provide expert-level investigations and resolutions. Manage case workloads with effective prioritization, ensuring timely communication and exceptional customer experiences. Develop and document technical solutions to expand our knowledge base for customers and support teams. Provide rotating after-hours support to ensure our clients have the assistance they need, when they need it. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a software-based Technical Helpdesk or Support role. Proven experience troubleshooting browser-based software and familiarity with browser developer tools. Strong foundation in relational database architecture and concepts (SQL Server). Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile devices. Bonus Points For: Understanding of messaging technologies (MAPI, POP3/SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction software (BIM, ProjectSight, Prolog). Experience with API interfaces.
