Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Manage and coordinate production operations to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency. Act as a vital link between supervisors and operators, facilitating clear and effective communication. Monitor production lines and address any issues that arise to maintain smooth operations. Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure outstanding product standards. Analyze production data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in front-end semiconductor production. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support operators effectively. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Solid understanding of production line management and quality control processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. Strong communication skills in both English and another language. Willingness to work a day or night shift, based on operational needs and personal preference.
