What You Will Do * Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines. Facilitate monthly data reconciliation. Compile compliant monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) or Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) approved by the Program Manager and provide to the external customer. Actively support monthly and annual Program Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews. Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review).
What You Will Learn
Qualifications You Must Have * Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree. Experience to include demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with analytical and trending skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications
We Prefer Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration. EVMS experience. Knowledge of P&W Program Management toolsets (SAP, Primavera, wInsight, WebEVM & Empower). Problem-solving initiative and knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., CORE). Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management. Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor. Comfortable executing under the pressures of a dynamic environment.
