Clinical Nurse Leader (RN) - In Service Education

Job Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, the Nurse Extern Program Manager collaborates with facility/market leadership and staff across departments to hire and facilitate training for Nurse Externs and non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested. The manager acts as a key resource in the hiring and placement of externs. The manager collaborates with Recruiting, Academic partners, and leaders to assure ongoing succession planning, placement in hard to fill positions, completion of orientation and residency programs, and ongoing communication with nurse externs and leadership in the Palm Beach Market and other facilities as requested. The manager implements a comprehensive immersion program to develop nurse externs to facilitate ongoing cohorts of externs to fill nursing positions. Other services may include, but are not limited to process, performance and service-delivery consultation and contributions to the organization through councils, committees and workgroups.
