You Have: Experience leading teams of application develop ers Experience in Node.js with AI technologies such as Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, JSON, Java, Java Script, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, or Open AI Ability to develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application develop ment and integration between applications, including AI capabilities Ability to oversee all contract application develop ment work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers Ability to report on business area progress at performance improvement meetings, and help identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact Ability to distill requirements, communicating them to contract staff, and tracking progress against them Ability to provide a technical need summary to the government program management, giving the client a consolidated roundup across all develop ment efforts, with a spe cia l focus on areas that need client intervention Ability to propose and direct major technology assignments and coordinates milestones and performance met rics TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
