As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding numerous efforts. Your customer will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your customer’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. The world can’t wait.  You Have: 10+ years of experience with HR 5+ years of experience as a program manager on an HR or human capital program 3+ years of experience managing geographically-dispersed HR operations 2+ years of experience leading complex federal contract transitions Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, and providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadership Experience managing project performance and quality assurance across various HR functional areas and managing competing priorities Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including quickly assessing complex operational challenges and driving adoption of new processes Ability to balance technical, finan cia l, and contractual requirements Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management Nice If You Have: 2+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community Experience implementing process optimizations using federal HR information system data analytics Experience learning AI tools Program Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification Completion of AI Training Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
