Responsibilities Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects. Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company’s quality management system. Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines. Understand and address client requirements and expectations effectively. Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, and new technologies, and communicate relevant developments to your team. Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (e.g., architects, piping and mechanical engineers), and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding a Bachelor Degree in the field ( mandatory). You have a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in structural engineering. Experience in international projects outside Romania and data centers` related is considered an advantage. You have experience coordinating projects within industrial environments. You have been involved in all phases of structural projects, from concept to completion. You are proficient in using Revit for drafting and modeling. You possess strong communication skills. You have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
