Research & Strategic Projects Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management. Support preparation of presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews. Assist with fundraising, product development, and strategic planning initiatives. Participate in special projects relating to ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities. 2. Fund & Portfolio Management Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across APAC investments. Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes. Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure. 3. Investment & Financial Analysis Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments. Conduct market research on sector fundamentals, supply-demand dynamics, rental trends, and transaction activity. Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and supporting analysis for internal discussions. Qualifications & Requirements: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or broader financial services is preferred. Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to March 2027. Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic portfolio concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and information. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
