The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll help translate guest insights, business opportunities, and system constraints into clear experience direction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify pain points, map journeys and services, and align teams around human-centered solutions.  This role blends strong design craft with systems thinking—supporting more senior team members in framing and delivering connected guest experiences that scale across channels.

Contribute to UX strategy and vision for multi-touchpoint guest experiences  Create service design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, and storyboards to align teams and identify opportunities  Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and store operations partners to align on experience outcomes  Participate in design sprints and co-creation sessions to explore, prototype, and refine new concepts  Deliver design work across phases—from early journey concepts to mid-fidelity flows and wireframes  Apply both qualitative and quantitative data to understand guest needs and prioritize opportunities  Hold your work to a high standard of craft—considering accessibility, interaction patterns, information architecture, and brand alignment  Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and guest-first thinking within your immediate team     About you: 4+ years of experience in UX, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and systems awareness  Proficiency in service design methods (e.g., journey mapping, ecosystem modeling, service blueprinting)  Experience working within cross-functional teams and navigating
