This role supports store leadership by managing and developing retail staff to achieve service excellence and operational goals. It involves leading the team to deliver customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution. The role requires maintaining store standards and ensuring team knowledge of products, services, and procedures. Success is measured by customer experience quality, store performance metrics, and adherence to operational standards. The work impacts the organization by enhancing customer confidence and contributing to financial and operational results. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
