About this role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Manager, Talent Management to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs, processes, communications, and enablement resources that help employees and managers grow, perform, and thrive at NetApp.   This role is designed for an individual contributor who can independently manage defined program workstreams, partner across functions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and apply sound judgment to solve operational and programmatic challenges. The Program Manager will help ensure Talent Management programs are delivered with consistency, clarity, and a strong employee and manager experience.   The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; brings strong organization, communication, and follow-through; and is eager to learn and apply new tools, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management and Execution Support the end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs, processes, and initiatives, including planning, scheduling, tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Manage defined workstreams within broader Talent Management priorities such as performance, development, talent review, succession, promotions, manager enablement, culture initiatives, or related programs. Translate program goals into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items. Keep program activities organized and moving forward by maintaining trackers, status updates, meeting notes, decision logs, and follow-up communications. Coordinate across Talent Management, Talent Enablement, HRBPs, People Analytics, Communications, HR Tech/IT, and other cross-functional partners to support delivery. Identify opportunities to streamline routines, reduce manual effort, improve documentation, and strengthen program operations.   SharePoint, Tools, and Technology Enablement Own and maintain Talent Management SharePoint content, pages, document libraries, links, resources, permissions coordination, and content refresh routines. Ensure SharePoint sites are easy to navigate, current, audience-friendly, and aligned to Talent Management priorities. Support technology-enabled program management, including AI-enabled approaches that improve productivity, content creation, data organization, stakeholder updates, and employee or manager enablement. Stay curious about emerging tools and apply new capabilities responsibly to improve team effectiveness.   Data and Reporting Support Use Excel to maintain program trackers, participant lists, status reports, stakeholder matrices, survey exports, action logs, and basic analysis. Create clear summaries, charts, or tables that help stakeholders understand program status, participation, risks, or outcomes. Support basic reporting routines and ensure data is accurate, organized, and easy to interpret. Partner with People Analytics or other data owners as needed to support more advanced reporting or dashboard needs.   Communications and Stakeholder Coordination Create clear and audience-appropriate emails, announcements, FAQs, talking points, meeting materials, program updates, and resource guides. Help ensure communications are timely, accurate, aligned, and easy to understand. Manage communication calendars and version control for program launches, reminders, updates, and follow-ups. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect input, resolve open questions, and ensure messages reflect program intent and business needs.   Facilitation, Change Management, and Enablement Support Provide facilitation support for team meetings, stakeholder discussions, working sessions, office hours, or enablement sessions. Help prepare agendas, discussion guides, presentation materials, participant instructions, and follow-up notes.
