The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Non-Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field 8+ years of experience in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management across all functions Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization Self-motivated and eager to learn Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams Proven excellent communication and client management skills Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development Proven ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team Proven ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement Proven team player and able to lead and initiate Willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST - 3.00AM IST) Technical Skills: RCM Domain knowledge of end-to-end business Understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights Knowledge of chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks and advanced Excel Proven ability to convert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization Proven ability to use the BI tools efficiently to cater the needs of the business and improvise the outcomes Proven ability to create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency Proven ability to analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT) Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
