Spark HR Lead

The HR Lead, SPARK is responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Resources activities at the site level. This role partners closely with business leaders, employees, and regional HR teams to implement HR strategies, support talent acquisition and development, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while delivering HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
