Pharmacy Account Manager

Pharmacy Account Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Pharmacy Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.   How you will make an impact: Supports the strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.   Provides ongoing support to regional decision makers and support pharmacy benefit management (PBM) field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes. Assists in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenue opportunities and meeting internal health plan penetration goals.

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: A Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx arena is strongly preferred. Client facing experience strongly preferred. 5 years of PBM client management experience strongly preferred. Ability to travel up to 30% throughout US preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $129,096 to $193,644..
