What Makes This Role Great : In this dual-focused position, you will play an integral role bridging enterprise risk strategy with hands-on commercial insurance execution. You will have the unique opportunity to partner directly with global business unit leads, drive key risk indicators for board-level reporting, and negotiate critical risk-allocation provisions that protect enterprise assets worldwide. Key Exciting Responsibilitie s • Drive the implementation and monitoring of global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies, tools, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to support executive decision-making. • Collaborate with global business unit leaders to analyze operational risks, evaluate emerging industry trends, and facilitate cross-functional risk educational workshops. • Collect, analyze, and validate global exposure data to prepare comprehensive underwriting submissions for commercial insurance policy renewals. • Review and negotiate key contractual risk provisions—including indemnification, limitation of liability, and insurance requirements—across customer, vendor, and partner agreements. • Support global commercial claims management across Property & Casualty, Executive & Financial, and Specialty lines while analyzing loss trends to recommend preventative controls. Essential Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in risk management, commercial insurance, financial analysis, or business analysis. • Strong foundational knowledge of commercial contract terminology, contractual risk transfer, indemnification structures, and limitation of liability caps. • Proven experience supporting commercial insurance policy renewals and analyzing global exposure data. • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly across cross-functional teams. Bonus Points For: • Professional designations such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). • Familiarity with established ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM or ISO 31000. • Background in technology, hardware, SaaS, or supply chain business models.
