Job Description
Key Responsibilities Event & Seminar Support: Assist the Sales Process Manager in preparing event proposals, drafting agendas, compiling participant lists, and handling internal compliance/budget submissions (C-System). Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Help communicate with external suppliers (venues, PR, logistics etc…) and track costs to help keep projects within budget. On-Site Event Assistance: Provide hands-on support during customer seminars and major industry events (e.g., setup, registration, schedule tracking, and potential hosting/MC support). Sales & Partner Support: Help gather materials, draft documents, and complete administrative tasks to assist the Manager and Senior Sales Directors with client interactions and partner outreach. Internal Branding Support: Assist in gathering news and drafting basic content for internal channels (HUB, newsletters) to highlight team activities. AI-driven content generation, Videos productions, graphic design etc… Key Requirements Education:
Skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong adaptability, excellent communication, a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to deliver high-quality design work promptly under time pressure. Good written and verbal communication in [e.g., English & Mandarin]. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Mindset: Helpful, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting tight project deadlines. 5 working days per week is required This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
