HR Operations Analyst

Standard Job Description 
 Implements and administers human resources programs, policies, and practices. Responds to HR practitioner, leader, and other employee inquiries, questions and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures. Tracks and compiles issue logs and complaints, researching and recommending solutions. Provides feedback on HR policy and programs to HRBPs, functional specialists, and leadership. This is not generally a client-facing position, and may be part of a centralized support team. As a key member of the Human Resources (HR) Shared Services team, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day HR Operations support of our employees from "Hire to Retire", our Leaders, and the HR Business Partners. You will be responsible for: Understanding and facilitating or triaging queries from all levels of employees on a regular and rapid basis; for the maintaining of and data entry of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems (SAP Successfactors) Analyzing data and reports; for providing guidance on the adherence to and compliance with Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) HR policies and procedures; for administering the company's short term disability program, working closely with our Medical Health Management Providers Requesting support for the Corporation's transformation efforts under 1LM, including the support and testing of a new HRIS, and the support of other areas of transformation within HR Continually looking for best practices and opportunities to streamline and enhance processes for maximum efficiency Supporting various ad hoc HR initiatives and special tasks will be required in this diverse role. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration and/or additional studies directly related to HR 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or similar role. Desired Skills 
 Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably SAP Successfactors Strong knowledge and experience with SAP products Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be comfortable working with a wide range of HR/Personnel issues requiring a high level of confidentiality at all times Must be detail oriented with the ability to process a high demand of employee requests Other duties may include onboarding and orientation of new employees on a weekly basis A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results is critical in this team's fast moving environment Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
